As we begin this journey together, I would like to introduce myself and get to know each other, so welcome! I’m Megan Adolph, the founder, and operator of Wholistic Wanders; but call me Megg. I am ecstatic to meet you, and I look forward to exploring with you throughout your journey!

As a female travel blogger, I’m eager to explore the world. Whether I’m capturing the beauty of our nation’s state parks or heading to another country to learn more about holistic remedies, I’m here to share my knowledge with you. My goal is to help you follow your path and find your purpose. A holistic health coach can support you in your journey to developing a more sustainable, authentic, and more fulfilling lifestyle.
In finding my own calling as a female travel blogger and holistic health coach, I’ve combined my purpose and my passion to create Wholistic Wanders. Throughout our time together, I’ll provide you with the guidance you need to make a meaningful and lasting change.
No matter where you are in your health and wellness journey, I’m here to enrich your life. By focusing on nutrition, fitness, mental health, and travel, we’ll work together to gather the tools you need to transform your life.
The Beginning
Born and raised in South Florida, I competed in gymnastics and dance until a severe injury ended my competitive career. I moved to North Carolina in middle school, where I managed to keep up my tumbling skills and develop an interest in cheerleading. I cheered on the Varsity team during my freshman and sophomore years of high school until I began working out and found a love for being in the gym. Shortly after, weightlifting and boot camps became my new passion.
Pursuing My Passion
2014, I graduated from high school and attended college at the University of West Florida in Pensacola. I found a keen interest in business and exercise science and pursued classes in both areas. I became certified as a Group Fitness Instructor, coaching boot camp classes at my university. At the same time, I was becoming more intrigued by traveling. I have traveled all my life, and I love experiencing what the world has to offer; however, traveling began to get in the way of my goals. I was consistently working out, but I wasn’t losing any weight. I struggled to balance food with leisure. Couldn’t I eat whatever I wanted as long as I worked out? “Calories in vs. calories out?”. I didn’t focus on what I was eating or why I was eating it; I only focused on outworking my diet with exercise.
2018, I graduated Cumlaude with my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and moved to Pennsylvania shortly after. I interned as a Physical Therapist Assistant and an Athletic Trainer at Spooky Nook Sports, the most extensive indoor sports facility in the United States.
2019, I moved to South Carolina and enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the world’s largest online nutrition school, and became a certified Holistic Health Coach. I had an ongoing curiosity about foods; I wanted to understand what I was eating, why I was eating it, and how it affected my body. Exercise always seemed to come naturally to me; however, my nutrition lacked both effort and knowledge.
The Transformation
Throughout my enrollment in IIN, I worked late nights at a brewery to make ends meet. I lived in the city and walked to my job (to save money on gas), ate fast food, and drank a lot of beer (free shift drinks anyone?!); I fell into the trap of comfort and bad habits.
Then life happened; I watched the year pass by as I gained weight, became depressed, anxious, insecure, and lazy. I didn’t even recognize the person in the mirror staring back at me. Was “this” the life I wanted to live? Everything I’ve worked towards and became educated on was the complete opposite of how I lived my life. I realized this is not the life I envisioned for myself, and I made a change.
May 2020, Wholistic Wanders began.
Following My Path & Finding My Purpose
I knew I would own my own company. For as long as I can remember, I dreamt of owning a gym (I still have this dream). I’ve worked at several fitness facilities throughout my journey, but I never felt I pursued my real purpose. I put my heart and soul into guiding clients towards success and reaching their goals, but working under another company did not match the vision I have for myself.
I am in charge of my life. I learn from the best and strive to be the change others want to see in themselves. I created Wholistic Wanders to educate and add value to others’ lives by designing a community of like-minded individuals determined to become the best versions of themselves. I will guide each individual to explore, implement, and share their unique gifts and create a life of fulfillment.
Purpose fuels passion; this is what Wholistic Wanders is all about. This reason alone is WHY I created Wholistic Wanders. That ‘WHY’ is what keeps me going.
