When I met Megan in 2019, I was overweight (200lbs), unhappy, depressed, and struggling with my eating habits daily. Fast-forward to now; I am 160.4 lbs. I lost 40 pounds, my mental state is clear, and I know exactly what to eat, how to eat, and how to maintain my ideal healthy weight. I can finally see my abs again! I’m also in a better headspace and choose to look at life in a much more optimistic way since I’ve gotten to work with Megan.
